You may have heard of the positive experiences from colleagues who have made similar moves and thrived in their new environments, or simply the COVID-19 pandemic has normalized remote work and the consideration of an international move.

Consultation with a fellow Traveling Therapist can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can transition to living in and working from Spain.

You can seek new challenges and a more fulfilling professional life abroad.

You can enjoy a lower cost of living, an improved climate, and a slower pace of life with rich cultural heritage. I can help you get there.

FAQS

Q: What are consultation sessions with a Traveling Therapist like?

A: Consultation sessions consist of 50 minute long virtual meetings. The traveling therapist already living in Spain takes several steps to assist other therapists considering becoming traveling therapists. These steps include offering practical advice, providing resources, and offering personal support.

Q: How many consultation sessions do I need?

A: The number of consultation sessions depends on you and your individual needs and circumstances. Some transitioning traveling therapists feel confident enough to make their move after 1 or 2 sessions while others may want continual support until they are good and settled in Spain.

Q: How do I know if I need consultations sessions with a Traveling Therapist already living in Spain?

A: While I cannot make guarantees, if you show up to consultation sessions ready and open to guidance, most Traveling Therapists find the answers and support they are looking for. Leaving sessions, most therapists feel more confident and hopeful about their decisions. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step is tailored to you and always with your end goals in mind.

Q: How do we get started?

A: Reach out by sending a message, emailing, or calling. We will arrange a quick 15 minute phone chat. Our conversation will consist of you sharing a little about what you are looking for and we will both have a chance to decide if we are a good fit. Then, I will get some general information so I can email you a few forms to fill out and sign before our first consultation session.
